Hilton Chicago O'Hare Airport

The Hilton Chicago O'Hare Airport is right next to the airport with plenty of amenities nearby. It's super convenient whether you're heading to the terminal or downtown. The airport's Blue Line subway station is a great bonus, and it's even the first stop, so I highly recommend this hotel. My plans changed, and I ended up staying an extra night, which was perfect for resting and recharging.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its direct location within the airport. You can walk to Terminals 1, 2, and 3 from the hotel, and take a free monorail to the international Terminal 5, which is incredibly convenient. While the hotel restaurant is a bit pricey, the food quality is undeniably excellent. The hotel itself is showing its age; many facilities aren't new. Also, the corridors are generally covered with thick carpets, which can be quite a struggle for guests with a lot of luggage. If your flight is delayed or you have an early/late flight, staying here is a great option. Being inside the airport feels safer, and dining is also convenient. The hotel front desk offers currency exchange, which is quite handy.

Hilton O'Hare is the ultimate layover savior. Excellent soundproofing and comfortable beds make it easy to get a solid night's sleep after a red-eye. There’s a shuttle/train connection right to the terminals, so no luggage-dragging meltdowns. Breakfast is a bit pricey and room rates aren't cheap during peak season, but the combination of "airport proximity + a great night's sleep" is unbeatable. Perfect for an overnight layover, though not ideal if you're planning to sightsee in the city.

This hotel is suitable for those traveling with large luggage and needing to transfer flights, though the price is a bit high.

My room was terrible. It was right next to the elevator, had a strange layout, and was very noisy at night. I wouldn't recommend it.

Beyond its proximity to the airport, there's really nothing positive to say about this place. For over 2000 a night, the facilities are old and the water pressure is terrible.

I stayed at the Hilton Chicago O'Hare Airport for one night during a layover. Overall, I found it to be very mediocre and definitely not worth the price. The location is convenient, right by the airport, which is great for early morning flights. However, the room facilities are outdated, and the soundproofing isn't great – I could hear planes taking off and landing, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. The service is standard for a chain hotel, nothing special but no major issues either. But the price is genuinely high. For what you get, the value for money is extremely poor. Unless you absolutely have to stay here for a flight, I wouldn't recommend it; there are many better hotels at the same price point.
