Aloft Chicago Mag Mile

The hotel was super cozy, comfortable, clean and everything was walking distance which was perfect

Hem estat molt bé a l’Aloft Chicago. L’hotel està molt ben situat, l’habitació era còmoda i estava tot molt net. El personal molt amable i atent en tot moment. En general, una molt bona experiència i un hotel que recomano sense dubtar-ho per visitar Chicago.

The staff were nice. Everyone smile and they welcoming. The room is very neat and clean. I enjoined my stay. Though it was one night because I was on transit

The lighting in the room was very bad. Not enough lighting fixtures. Could not read in the bed or do anything in the room when it was dark outside.

We stayed in this modern hotel from Wednesday May, 22nd-Sunday May, 26th. The only problem that we ran into was the front desk charged us for the stay as well as Trip.com. However, the staff members worked to get everything rectified in a timely manner. Also, it’s important to note that housekeeping does not frequently come to clean the rooms or replenish towels and cloths. If you need them and request them, they are available but just don’t expect a daily visit!
