This brand is trustworthy; though the price is high, the stay was very comfortable. The room was spacious and bright, with complete facilities. Plus, there's a shuttle bus to O'Hare Airport, which is very convenient. The hotel's location is excellent, saving a lot of time for sightseeing.

The location is fantastic, making it easy to get around, and it felt very safe during the day. However, on the day we checked in, we found the sheets were dirty. I tried calling reception three times to get them changed, but no one answered. Later, when the tissues in our room ran out, they weren't replaced. We still left a tip, but honestly, the service was really lacking. It was just okay.

Facilities: As an old-school 5-star hotel in Chicago, the rooms are incredibly spacious! That's a huge plus! The gym is decent, but the pool is tiny, more like a kiddie pool. Cleanliness: The daily housekeeping was pretty good; I didn't notice any issues. Environment: The hotel is a convenient 10-minute walk from Millennium Park and the museums. The restaurant on the second floor and the coffee bar on the first floor were both quite nice, and the food quality was good. Service: The service was very friendly, and both the front desk and reception staff were excellent.

The bedding was quite comfortable, and the room was clean and tidy. The hotel's location is super central, which means you have to find parking yourself. Parking is a real issue when staying at hotels in downtown Chicago, with daily rates typically around $60-65.
