The hotel boasts an excellent location, right on the Magnificent Mile, making it incredibly convenient for both dining and shopping. Navy Pier is also just a short distance away. Parking can be pre-booked; we paid just over $80 for two days, which was significantly cheaper than parking on-site.

Very nice and welcoming staff. The room was older but kept up ok. The mattress was softer than what we are used to. But it was still ok. The continental breakfast is acceptable - nothing special, the usual high sugar, high carb diet.
