The hotel's location is perfect, right in the center and close to everything. The rooms are very spacious, and the bed is super comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only thing we didn't like was the breakfast.

Wonderful and affordable location in the heart of Chicago. The reception is very friendly. You can save lot of time for the activities in the downtown. Everything was on the walking distance. If they can improve their breakfast options a bit, that will be great. Definitely recommend it.

Great Hotel and friendly staff

This was an interesting place. The value was great for the location and the quality of the room. They took some kind of additional fee off the deposit, but in exchange you get two free drinks during happy hour? A very interesting concept!

Nice location and room service

We were very impressed! The staff were very knowledgeable and alway made themselves available to assist or answer questions. We were here on a first time visit to Chicago and the Kinzie staff made sure we got the most out of it. The location was convenient for the excellent Chicago Transit system. Many great restaurants were nearby. If we return, we will be coming back to the Kinzie!

The hotel is in a prime location in River North. Good-sized Delux King Room. Friendly and helpful staff. Fair price. Low-quality happy hour wine. Fresh fruit is included in the breakfast buffet.

The room facilities were well-maintained, the equipment was relatively new, and the double-faucet shower was very refreshing. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the location was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Very good. The service was excellent and very friendly. I think the facilities and environment are better than the Hyatt. A great choice.
