We had a lovely time! Went to the Cubs game and this was a great place to stay within walking distance to Wrigley. We were able to check in early and the parking situation was great as well. It was a little pricey but for the location and special occasion, we decided to splurge. This is an older building but we found it nice. I know some people complain about the wallpaper, carpeting ect but this is not a chain and it is exactly what we expected. We will stay here again next time we go to Wrigley.

Negatives: definitely needs some updates, it is starting to show its age. Wallpaper was peeling, carpet had a few large stains, and the shower was slow draining.
Positives: Bed was comfortable, plenty of space, quiet, AC worked well, location.
I've stayed here 3 or 4 times, it's best feature by far is location. 15 min walk to Wrigley, 45-60 mins to Lincoln Park. Free parking in the surrounding neighborhood if you are willing to walk a few blocks north or if you get lucky along Lake Shore Dr.

Hotel was clean and serviceable, would not call it luxury but its location fit our needs. Parking was affordable at $25 for the day, overnight. Bed was comfy, soft and pillowy.

The staff was incredible! My husband accidentally left his phone in the room when we checked out and didn't realize it until we were already 1.5 hours away. The hotel found the phone and mailed it to us the same day!

Great location. Nice neighborhood and right by bus stop. Great Cubs decor. Some furniture in room could be updated (worn condition). Wallpaper could be replaced or taken down. Toilet bowl lid was not right size.

Great location, with helpful considerate staff. Really enjoyed my stay there. Building is a little older but clean and well kept. Definitely gives one a feel of being in Chicago; a city of rich culture and history.

This was a unique hotel in that it's fairly old & dated but very clean and comfortable. It's also the only decent and affordable hotel in the area - a great find.
