The room was exactly as shown in the pictures, and the location was great. There was a minor issue during check-in as I was initially given a room that did not match my reservation. However, the hotel staff was very helpful and quickly resolved the issue.

AC broken in super hot humid Chicago summer. Fan eventually provided. Rooms extremely loud all night from street noise and no noise insulation. Place is filthy. 0/10 stay and nowhere near worth the price.

Service was lacking.  Front desk was untrained, uninformed, and unhelpful. Nobody at this hotel knows anything.  Parking was a nightmare.  Rooms had fleas.  Management was non-existent. Security was non-existent.  Hotel windows were terrible.  I could hear all the noise from the sidewalk from the 16th floor.  Cafe was closed during normal business hours. I will do everything I can to make sure nobody I know stays at this hotel.

The location is convenient, close to the subway station, and the front desk service was pretty good. However, the safe in the room was broken and unusable. It seems there's a bar downstairs, but it wasn't noisy up in the room. I recommend requesting a high-floor room as the air conditioning units outside on the lower floors can be quite loud.

The room was too dark, and there was a lot of trash in the corners.

Hmm, it was darker and scarier than I expected, and it felt small and not really like a hotel. I guess you could say it was a novel experience...

Definitely will go there again. Very nice place which is located in Downtown. You go out and can find everything whatever you want.

The room was decent, with a hostel-style size and decor that felt just right. The lobby and common areas were quite comfortable. The best part was definitely the central location, making it easy to get anywhere. I was really satisfied, and it offered good value for money.
