This hotel is conveniently located in Chinatown, right across from a vibrant dining area. Being on a main street made walking back at night feel safe. The front desk seems to close completely late at night. I must have had bad timing when I went out because my room wasn't cleaned, and when I tried to call for at least new towels, I couldn't get through. It was a bit inconvenient. However, given the excellent access and relatively low price, I'd generally want to stay here again. It's especially recommended for those visiting the WinTrust Arena, as it's only a 15-minute walk away.

Convenient location in Chinatown close to the train. Great price for booking last minute on Lollapalooza weekend! Water dispensers on every floor were great to have. No 24-hr staff available to checkout by 4AM, but that is a weird hour so the key can be left on the desk.

My New York-Chicago flight, which I booked through Trip.com, was canceled on July 28th just a few hours before departure. As a result, I was only able to travel from New York to Chicago on July 29th. When the flights were canceled, I informed Trip.com about the situation. I requested to cancel the first night of my hotel reservation (July 28th) and update my stay to be from July 29th to August 4th. Trip.com replied to me in writing twice, stating that my request was rejected by the hotel and that I would still be charged for the 28th. Accepting that there was nothing else I could do, I bought new flight tickets for the 29th and traveled to Chicago. Upon arriving at the hotel in the evening, I was informed that my entire reservation had been canceled, the full amount had been charged, and no refund would be issued. After I insisted and explained the situation, they finally arranged a room for us, but the fee for the 28th was not refunded. The hotel management stated as their reason that they had never received any such modification request from Trip.com and had absolutely no knowledge of the situation. This is a serious lack of communication, and I expect my financial loss to be compensated. I am leaving this review with the hope that appropriate action will be taken regarding this matter.

Staff were very nice. Close to Chinatown but quite a distance away from main attractions and locations Chicago is known and should be experienced for. Bus stop and Metro is relatively near and walkable. As for accessibility to the McCormick Convention Center, it is pretty accessible via a short bus ride.

Everything is nice. But the shampoo and conditioner were so small. And there was no body wash available.

The hotel has a fantastic location, right at the intersection of Chicago's Chinatown, with Chinatown on both sides. There are Chinese restaurants and convenience stores all around, a Starbucks downstairs, and several banks nearby. It's just one block from the subway (Red Line) station, making it easy to walk to downtown if you're willing to explore. There's always a Chinese-speaking customer service representative at the front desk, and hot and cold drinking water is available on every floor. Highly recommended.

The hotel is located in Chinatown, near many Chinese restaurants and several Asian supermarkets, and is very close to the Red Line MRT station. Overall, it is quite clean and tidy. Breakfast is not provided, but there is a free microwave.

The room is not big, and the decoration is indeed in the style of domestic guesthouses, not the popular American standard. There is no microwave in the room, the safe does not work, the batteries are rusted, and the Wifi is sometimes unavailable. The price-performance ratio is not high. The location is excellent in the prime location of Chinatown. The elevator requires a card to be swiped for security. The front desk clerk, Ms. Kuang, is conscientious and responsible in her work. I like her!

I like the small gym on the basement level.

Located near Chinatown, shopping, dining, and the subway are all very convenient!
