The Congress Plaza Hotel & Convention Center

I was ripped off by the hotel doorman colluding with a private driver; I need to file a complaint.

Facilities: Decent. Hygiene: Clean. Environment: Good. Service: More than just a stay, it was a beautiful memory. The staff's smiles and efficient service made me feel incredibly welcome. From check-in to check-out, every detail showed thoughtful care, adding warmth and convenience to my trip.

There were no other hotels available, and this one was expensive and not great. The only positive thing I can say is that it has a historical feel.

Arrived at the hotel late in the evening on May 5th. There was only one older woman at the front desk, and I had to wait in line for a while. She assigned me room 925, which was easily the worst room imaginable. It was tiny, the bathroom was leaking badly, and there was a constant gushing sound of water all night long. It was completely damaged and unfit for guests. That woman at the front desk was absolutely outrageous! After complaining the next day at noon, I was moved to a standard room on the tenth floor, and it was a huge improvement – thank you to the kind lady at the front desk who helped me the next day at noon!
