Facilities: Very complete. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: Good. Service: Excellent. The nightly turndown service was particularly satisfying, and most of the staff were very polite. Some even spoke Chinese, which made me feel very welcome.

Best hotel in the Chi. Jenny at the front desk is amazing and kind. Usually dislike hotels out in the US cause they so terrible compared to other countries, but this was comparable to the peninsula in thailand/shanghai or bellagio in shanghai

The details are the real thing. The Chinese-style design of the guest rooms is elegant and grand, and the food in the Chinese restaurant is amazing. Many luxury brands have big branches in the United States, and the Peninsula can still maintain its consistent level and deserves praise.

Very good, but it happened to be the New Year's Day, and the special noise outside was heard in the middle of the night. The restaurant is very good and the service is nice. It's just that the security allowed on the night of the welcome was a bit too much, which was not very comfortable.

酒店地理位置真的超級好，樓下就是逛街的地方。酒店裡的中餐廳在芝加哥很有名，不過週一週二不開門。酒店的spa也超級好，大堂lobby都很漂亮，在美國很少見這樣漂亮的酒店。
