Facilities: Very complete. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: Good. Service: Excellent. The nightly turndown service was particularly satisfying, and most of the staff were very polite. Some even spoke Chinese, which made me feel very welcome.

Best hotel in the Chi. Jenny at the front desk is amazing and kind. Usually dislike hotels out in the US cause they so terrible compared to other countries, but this was comparable to the peninsula in thailand/shanghai or bellagio in shanghai

Without a doubt, this is the best hotel in Chicago: the opulent public areas, the warm service from the front desk and doormen, and the old-money style rooms are all reasons why I chose the Peninsula brand. The only real drawback is that the hotel's spa service is rather average.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, with shopping right downstairs. The hotel's Chinese restaurant is very famous in Chicago, but it's closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. The hotel's spa is also superb, and the lobby is beautiful; you rarely see such a beautiful hotel in the US.

The details are the real thing. The Chinese-style design of the guest rooms is elegant and grand, and the food in the Chinese restaurant is amazing. Many luxury brands have big branches in the United States, and the Peninsula can still maintain its consistent level and deserves praise.

Very good, but it happened to be the New Year's Day, and the special noise outside was heard in the middle of the night. The restaurant is very good and the service is nice. It's just that the security allowed on the night of the welcome was a bit too much, which was not very comfortable.
