Facilities: Well-equipped, comfortable, and easy to use. Hygiene: Clean and tidy, with prompt customer service responses. Environment: Great location, right next to Wanda Plaza for a stroll, and authentic Mongolian restaurants just a few minutes away. Service: The service was absolutely fantastic! 👏 Because we felt so comfortable, we extended our stay for another night. One evening, after returning from a scenic spot, the restaurant manager specifically waited for us, knowing we'd be back for dinner. We ended up eating until closing time, and the service remained consistently excellent from start to finish. The Western restaurant also has a play area for kids, which was great for my younger brother during meals. There was also a short-haired, round-faced front desk staff member who spoke very gently and patiently explained everything from beginning to end, even though I had many questions. This shows that their excellent service isn't just an individual thing, but reflects a high-quality brand with thorough internal training! Definitely worth choosing!

The soundproofing in the room is excellent, ensuring a quiet night's sleep. You can enjoy views of the Xibo River, and there's a riverside path downstairs perfect for a stroll. A full loop is about 7,000 steps, great for an early morning or evening workout.

The room facilities are a bit old, but the location is quite good. Check-in took a while because we had a pet with us, but the service was efficient and smooth. Breakfast was quite poor; the main dishes like fried dough sticks were mostly pre-made, and there wasn't much variety. The underground parking is convenient.

The room was clean and the surrounding amenities were excellent. A great choice, I'll definitely come back next time.

Found a great hotel, excellent value for money. Breakfast was good too. Though, why do I have to write so much? It's a headache to type all these words, even if the hotel is good, you shouldn't make me do this!

This hotel boasts a convenient location and ample parking. The pool is spotless and spacious, and the gym is well-equipped. The rooms have everything you need, and the view from the window is delightful. The front desk and other staff members are friendly, thoughtful, and attentive to guests. Wanda Realm will definitely be my first choice when I visit Chifeng again!

Hygiene: There was a half-empty wrapper of something in the trash can. Facilities: The website claimed there was a washer/dryer, but it actually cost money to use, about dozens of yuan per shirt. After repeatedly calling, I was told that even if I paid, I couldn't use it because they supposedly don't work on public holidays. I've traveled all over China and never encountered such a bizarre situation. Eventually, they found a dryer in the gym, but it was an old model, and my summer clothes didn't dry after 3-4 hours; I had to hang them in the room overnight. Service: Non-existent. After all that hassle, they kept asking if I was satisfied at check-out, and even called me afterward to ask again. You can be satisfied with yourselves. The place reeked of a stale, 20-year-old hotel. You had to scan WeChat for a 500 yuan deposit upon entry, and the room was filled with a bunch of overpriced junk.

The room was clean and had smart upgrades. The front desk staff were welcoming, and the sales, F&B, housekeeping, and concierge teams were all attentive, polite, and highly service-oriented, always putting guests first! Many thanks to the hotel's management and all the staff!
