Pet friendly, it's not easy to find a hotel with your furry friends. This hotel is in a great location with many places to eat nearby. The breakfast buffet was just so-so, but there were a lot of options, except for the ones I liked. The room is big and clean, but the hot water is not enough. It's a bit cold to take a shower in winter! If you don't take a shower, it's fine.

It’s just that the house is too cold this season and the hot water is not very good. The soundproofing is not that good either. I encountered an uncultured parent who didn't take care of his child and was still making noise in the corridor after 9 o'clock in the evening. After I complained, the front desk handled it promptly. This must be praised.

First: I checked in close to midnight, and no one told me there was an internal parking lot. I parked in front of the hotel, and when I checked out the next day, my car was blocked and I couldn't get out. I contacted the hotel front desk, and they said the area in front wasn't their responsibility, then hung up before finishing their sentence. Second: The shampoo and shower gel were a 2-in-1 product, the towels and bath towels were stiff, and the amenities were of very low quality. Third: The breakfast selection was very limited. However, the only commendable thing about this trip was the enthusiasm and good service of the restaurant staff. If it weren't for them, I would have felt like I was staying in a small hotel, not a four-star hotel. In short, I don't know how this hotel got its four-star rating. The facilities and most of the service didn't live up to expectations, but the extremely cheap price is probably their way of surviving.
