I couldn't go up by myself, but the room was locked, so I came down to ask them to open the door. At this time, the front desk called the cleaning staff and asked them to open the door. The waiter said that the coaster was found and there was no need to open the door. I went back and forth for half an hour. There was not a single apology throughout.
