Quality Inn Chihuahua San Francisco

Continental breakfast was awful. I spend 3 nights of lodging in total. I purchased buffet breakfast and meals at the hotel restaurant. On my las day of stay I decided to try the breakfast included with the room. It was not even continental. There was no milk, no cereal, the bread was all soggy in a pan. I understand it is a complimentary breakfast but it has nothing to offer as other hotel I have stayed in. Also I requested a disposable cup for my coffee and was told they were only available for the restaurant customers. It looks like they want to force you to eat at the hotel restaurant.

The room was very clean and the staff was helpful and spoke english. Excellent location with numerous dining options as well as a restaurant in the hotel

I got a great “master suite”, spacious, great amenities, nice view, jacuzzi and a little balcony. My only complaint was the air conditioning; noisy and hard to setup.

I like the location, downtown walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The room wasn't cool enough, the water pressure was very low, i did find couple of hair strands on the sheets. But the staff and services was excellent. Complementary breakfast was very good and the staff were very attentive!

The location couldn't have been better. It was walking distance to the plaza, restaurants... everything. The rooms were spacious and clean, check in was fast and simple. I would stay here again.

The amenities "Gym" (If you can even call it that) was terrible. All the machines were broken and clearly not taken care of. My key did not work, so every time I try to enter my room I had to go down to the Lobby to update my key access, witch was super annoying. They took more than half a day to clean the tray of my room service dinner. Hotel staff was good.

Location was excellent to Food, Shopping and entertainment.
