The staff was very friendly. What I did not like was that they shut the water off and to use the bathroom and shower we needed to call for someone to turn the water on.

Small hotel in the middle of the city. Rooms are big enough. It gets very hot during the day and the well-functioning air conditioning in the room is worth its weight in gold. Staff are not very flexible and tend to be negative when it comes to customer requests, almost unfriendly by Nicaraguan standards. Breakfast is OK but prepared a little carelessly and you always have to wait for it.

It is what one expects from a small hotel within the city. It has internally maintained and secure parking. Everything is clean and tidy. Hot water available. It has good breakfast. Exemplary attention from the staff.

Unfortunately, the accommodation is a bit dated, which is reflected in the rooms. The shower was a disaster, as only a tiny jet of water came out of one of the shower head holes. Perfect for those on a tight budget and not much comfort.
