Blufin Bungalows & Marina

The Blue fin Bungalow's was a great little get away! Spectacular views of the bay and sunsets were amazing. We couldn't get in our house until four but we're able to use their amenities until we checked in. The property managers were easy to reach when needed. The house was very clean. The only negative I have was there was no hair dryer and kitchen was minimally stocked. But you had all the basics. Will definitely return to this vacation spot!!

Very clean. Friendly staff we had issue with stove top they were very prompt in fixing it the same day. We gad a wonderful week. Will go again next year.

Sitting on the deck of a bungalow was so amazing! We were watching the sea turtles swim by us right by our bungalow! The unit was very clean when we arrived. I can't say nothing bad about the place. We definitely want to return! Nicely stocked kitchenette! Extra blanket towls wash cloths. The only thing our bungalow did not have was sheets. TV in the living room and also in the master bedroom Plenty to do there there's a nice pool/fishing Beach games. You can even take your boat. I don't know what that cost because we did not take ours but next time we definitely are! I highly recommended this property!

We loved being on the water!! The place was very clean. We asked for more towels and they were on the porch when we returned. We only wished the weather had been better. But despite the rain we had a great time. My family had one suggestion to add more hooks to the walls. Maybe beside the TV for jackets and either in the hallway or the wall in the first bedroom. We were really empresses how you used the space. We were surprised to see how huge the bathroom was….we had a great stay!! The pool looked wonderful maybe we will stay again and give it a try.

The Blu Fin Resort was a wonderful experience except we had a situation with the tvs and hvac units but the staff was on it and everything was back on point. The man that fixed the unit was a very cordial fella as was the one that sent him, he called back several times to make sure we were ok!!! The fan in the main bedroom didn’t have a chain on it so we couldn’t change the setting and the fan was on the highest setting!! The knob for the shower was really hard to turn on. The storm door kept getting stuck and the toilet seat was a little tricky!! The cottage was very modern and up to date and the bed was very comfortable. We really liked the kitchen and the porch was lovely!! And lastly we would really consider coming back again!!

The air/heater in bedroom never worked. The shower filled up while you showered, slow drain. If you are disabled di not go its a long walk on decking that has no side protection. TV doesn't get local channels. Was first and last rental there.

Absolutely not for us, but were large people or if you're disabled this could be a problem! 1) climbing up onto the unit from the dock was horrible (we had up to a 2 foot step up and had to crawl up into the unit). 2) the bedroom barely has room on the sides to get into the bed. 3) stove was conduction but the pans weren't. 4) hot water when showering didn't remain hot (worst than our camper). The concept was great but obviously it's not for us.

First time staying in a floating cottage. It was a wonderful experience. Sitting on the porch watching the water and the beautiful Chincoteague sunsets was awesome. The location is great as it is near the end of Main Street so it was very quiet. The unit was clean and well stocked.
