Super spacious room.
Super nice service.
On Sen was large and never crowded.
Gym room was new.

Everything is exceptional but i request to have the big Letter of sugession and warning about onsen.
1.washing yourself cleaness before onsen, duration to have onsen. Etc.
2.noise is prohibite.
I think the hotel's customer is mostly foreigner. I got not good experience at onsen so please consider.

It was a good decision for us to rest at hotel at New Chitose Airport - would recommend anyone to stay if arrive late or need to catch early flight. There is an onsen bath which was perfect to relax after long haul flight. Room was clean and quiet- staffs were friendly. Only negative is I wish there is clearer signage from arrival hall to the hotel.

I absolutely recommend this hotel. So stylish, the service of high level and loved that I can get rest after my really long 19 hour flight (in total), was my best choice. We did not take breakfast as it is too pricey.

酒店在新千歲機場國際出發的四樓，位置方便。 酒店整體很新，裝飾性強。前台工作人員英語很好，並且準備了各種語言的酒店指引。辦理入住後禮賓人員會幫忙搬行李並且介紹酒店設施，到房間時還會詢問是否需要按照中國的風俗先敲一下門， 覺得貼心。 酒店四層有會客廳健身房和温泉。温泉分男女湯分別提供單獨的刷卡門禁， 雖然池子不大但水質不錯，洗浴用品齊全並且味道很好。 這次住的房間能看到飛機起降，飛友狂喜。
這次提前用宅急便把行李從前一家酒店直接寄到了這裏，入住時候行李已經放入了房間。
下午到達的機場，可以步行十分鐘到國內線客運大樓逛吃，選擇非常多樣，很多伴手禮店都開到晚上八點， 在國際線這邊也有一個更大的堂吉訶德可以買葯粧，但營業時間是9:00-17:00。
總體來説是一次非常好的旅行體驗，以後來札幌會再住這裏！

航班取消，臨時訂的酒店。酒店在新千歲機場4樓，國際客運大樓3樓C區有酒店黑色電梯門。6吃完早餐下樓值機後再回去收拾行李，非常方便。63平的房間在日本真是奢侈，酒店有自己的温泉，雖然就一個大池，但已然很舒服了。洗護是酒店和日本本土品牌的聯名款，好用。特意搜了一下，居然沒在馬家找到。早餐優質豐富，就是當天人多，需要排隊，真的日本哪裡都需要排隊。

環境真的很好，服務也很好，我們下午兩點到的酒店，原以為需要等到三點才能入住，但是前台主動説可以提前。會主動介紹房間的設施和酒店温泉使用的方法，有會中文的服務員，非常耐心。新千歲機場真得很好逛，所以住在這裏一晚時間就很充裕，很推薦！

had a flight cancelled in the evening, so glad that i had booked this hotel . only a few mins walk to this hotel directly after getting back the luggage, even with the suitcase cart to the room door!!!
had buffet breakfast in the hotel restaurant, good! and the lift of the hotel took me directly to departure hall! The room amenities are adequate, i had my home going flight cancelled and had no clean sleeping clothes with me. Lucky that they hv comfy onsen outfit that i could wear overnight.
