They provide shuttle from the JR Chitose at 2pm,
The room with TV room is absolutely recommended!! The onsen inside room is very big and super comfortable! The room is chill and the dinner and breakfast are good too! Service is acceptable but not remarkable.

Superb experience with family, cozy stay with sweet services from beginning till end of the stay. Great food at dinners and breakfast. Great view.
We took it as a real relaxing retreat! Will def recommend to friends to enjoy.

A family of four booked a Japanese-style hot spring room. The water quality of the private hot spring in the room was very comfortable, and the Japanese-style room was very warm and exquisite. The whole family was very satisfied and experienced the joy of taking a hot spring bath in the snow.
The hotel is right next to Lake Shikotsu, with beautiful scenery, but public transportation is very crowded during the peak season and there are only three buses a day, so you need to plan in advance. The hotel provides free buses to the nearest subway station, but seats are limited and need to be booked two days in advance. We missed the reservation when we arrived, but the hotel manager was very responsible and arranged to send us to the airport. Thank you very much

The private courtyard outdoor hot spring was booked, breakfast and dinner were included.
I sent an email to book the station pick-up in advance.
