The Japanese breakfast buffet was unique from the usual western or contemporary buffet i have before. The location was superb and a very good transit hotel to stay after a long flight

Smacked right in the domestic departure hall of CTS and has all the amenities you might need. Though a bit dated it was great for someone who’s flying out early next day. The onsen ticket was a nice touch.

To get to the lobby, you need to take the elevator from the 2nd floor (domestic departures) up to the 3rd floor. Check-in was convenient, and the room key doubles as your access card. Breakfast is included for all guests. If you want to use the open-air hot spring, you can exchange a ticket at the front desk. The room is on the smaller side, but you can fit one suitcase. It faces the airplane jet bridge, so you can watch planes take off; the noise is acceptable.

This is the second time I have stayed at the hotel. Very convenient and friendly staff. I would stay here again.

Great hotel in CTS airport! This hotel offers spacious rooms and we can go to an airport onsen in just 5 mins of walking (free of charge for hotel guess). The hotel breakfast is yummy and has a lot of options to offer. I like this hotel 😍

Pretty old hotel. The room AC is centralized and they only operate heater in winter and cool in summer. The room was warm, we had to off the heater to get little cooler air and use the air purifier to circulate the air in the room.

Excellent location , staff service is polite and professional.

Very convenient if you have an early flight the next day. Just remember to have breakfast before checking out — I had a 7:30 AM flight, but the check-in counter only opens at 6:30 AM, so I was able to enjoy breakfast first and then head to check-in

Good location, clean and tidy. Only thing is that’s still very old school using key to open door and facilities inside the hotel still v 90s. The best part of our stay is the free onsen provided.  Wana come back for our last day of stay at Hokkaido but price has spiked up 3 times more. Will recommend to friends. 😃

Always the best choice of my airport hotel whenever I have early flight the next day 😊

We stayed a night at the Airport Terminal Hotel. Recuperate after a long day flight from Singapore/Tokyo/Hokkaido. We took a triple room. Ample size and clean. Easy 7 mins walk from the arrival hall to the hotel.

Polite, friendly staff who understood and spoke fluent English. They really made up for our past 12 days trip whereby we faced with language barrier.  The free  breakfast from 6am was a bonus for us as we needed to catch an early flight at 7.55am.  However, we met with two discomforts; We could feel the spring in both mattresses whenever we lay on our sides. The other  was we felt some itch on our body when we lay on the mattresses. We concluded could be caused by the laundry detergent used as the room was rather clean and not dusty. Overall our one night stay was satisfactory. Thank you!

Connected to Airport and very nice hotel staff. Breakfast was free is good.
