Nice hotel, standard and service is top notch. Room is clean and comfy. Good breakfast spread. There’s also adequate gym facilities, spa and nice rooftop restaurant serving good food with a nice view and reasonable pricing. There is night market in front of the hotel. Nearby there is good restaurant.

I had a special request for a non-smoking room, but I was given a smoking room instead. I called the reception and explained that I specifically requested a non-smoking room and did not want to stay in a smoking room. The receptionist simply said, “Sorry sir, we don’t have any non-smoking rooms available.” Seriously? If non-smoking rooms were unavailable, why was my request accepted in the first place? I spent $55 expecting a comfortable stay and basic service standards, but this experience has been very disappointing. This is poor management and highly unprofessional. Guests should be informed in advance if their room preference cannot be accommodated, rather than finding out only after check-in.

Room Bhad toilet was dirty. Was a nice breakfast wasn’t nice. This hotel should be one star.

I am not Bangladeshi. Everything else was satisfactory, but the breakfast felt a bit lacking.. The breakfast at "The Peninsula Chittagong" was slightly better. It seems the difference lies in whether or not they have Americano coffee and whether or not there are slightly more international menu options.. The internet seems to cut out a bit..
