Only 2.5 km from Wonnapa Beach and Bangsaen Beach. 1.5 km from Burapha University. 1.2 km from Park Inn Market. There is a 7-Eleven not far away, easy to find food. It is quiet at night, there is a parking lot (in front + on the side of the road, the road is wide, not many cars drive by). In the room, there is a hair dryer, shower cream, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush + toothpaste, shower cap. There is coffee and snacks in the morning at the counter downstairs. There is Wi-Fi with a TV/projector screen to watch Netflix (no need to log in, you can use the accommodation's), YouTube, everything.

The location is suitable, quiet, spacious parking, adequate room size, good facilities, except there are no coffee spoons, dining spoons, only glasses, bowls, plates. Bedding, especially pillows, has a musty smell. The bed is not strong, making noise when turning over.

Upside: The villa was big and spacious fully equipped with a karaoke set, billiard table, and a nice pool with floats! Downside: The check-in process for me was a bit messy as I could only reach the location after their staff were gone. Only managed to resolve everything with the help of a local as they seemed to have some difficulty responding in English or via the Trip chat when compared to other hotels I’ve booked.
