Very impressed! It was clean, and the staff were lovely. However, check-in was too slow; 3 PM is quite late. Generally, it shouldn't be later than 2 PM. But overall, the hotel's image is okay.

Highly recommend this hotel! All the staff were very friendly and always smiling. The beach is just across the street. It was my birthday when I stayed there, and after I mentioned it to the hotel, they surprised me with a cake. I was so touched!

The kids had so much fun! The accommodation is really close to the beach and there are tons of food options, super convenient. We'll definitely go back again!

The location is excellent, right by the road. The place is spacious with lots of trees. The staff service is good in all departments. However, when I booked the room, I requested a sea-view room, but the staff gave me the first room facing the road, which was a very long walk from the lobby. There were only two rooms in that entire section of the building. Walking back to the room at night felt isolated, and there were just two of us women staying there. As for the breakfast spread, it was a bit limited. And I had intended to charge my car, but it turned out the charger was an AC plug! Who would carry a power cord for that? I was quite confused... Ultimately, I was very disappointed with the charging station. There were 6 spots, but no one was charging their car.

The atmosphere is great, and the staff are attentive, but the air conditioning isn't very strong.

I booked a sea view room. The hotel is just across the street from Bangsaen Beach. However, most of the sea view rooms are roadside, so it can be quite noisy at night with the motorcycles on the street. The hotel's outdoor pool gets a big thumbs up!

The room was clean and the air conditioning was very cold. The location is great, right on the beach. However, the breakfast options were a bit limited.
