The location of the hotel is opposite the beach, the view is beautiful and the area around the hotel is quiet for a holiday. However, the room we checked in did not have hot water to take a shower, and the front desk did not come to repair it, so we had to take a cold shower, which made us feel unhappy. I hope the hotel can improve it.

Very Beautiful hotel and very clean the villa was big for my whole family and I really enjoyed my time there. Close proximity to the beach easily accessible by a gate. Many food in the area and close to many attractions. Would stay again.

Very average, past it’s best, super friendly and helpful staff, ok for a basic couple on nights. Mainly Thai guests. Good breakfast, and pool great for families and kids. So all this reflected in the price, villas are probably your best bet.

出酒店過馬路就是海灘，很方便，旁邊還有711，Grab去餐館也很快能叫到車。但因為離海近，又是一樓，會有小飛蟲，用了酒店的驅蚊液，加上自帶的驅蚊液，貼上精油貼，好一些。

Only the location is good.
Buggy cars need to wait long than expected.( I've called reception 3 times for a buggy within 45mins at morning time and still no buggy coming)
Small insects like Mosquito, Gecko, lady bud and a lot of small bud found in 1 bed room villa. Insect poop poop everywhere.
No tooth brush, no ventilation( exhaust fan) in the tiolet. Toilet bowl water is leaking the whole night.
I've paid about 85SGD with no breakfast, i was hoping for good service.
Actually the hotel is 3stars.
