What can a person say about a hotel that never cleaned our room for 3 days, or even entered our room to exchange dirty, wet towels, replace dirty glassware, etc ...instead when we came back to our room everything was in a basket on a chair outside our room. For the price we paid you would expect a certain level of service. Would you ever come back for a repeat service? On a positive note, the room was small but charming. We later found out that the owner left the city with all of the keys....Thank God we never lost the key to the room.
