The room was very clean and well prepared. We made a last-minute booking for this trip and arrived at the hotel at 11:30 a.m. The front desk staff, Ms. Supattra, was extremely kind and welcoming. She greeted us with a warm smile and kindly allowed us to check in earlier than the standard time. Overall, it was a very pleasant and impressive experience.
