The room is big and comfortable. There are 2 bathrooms. The staff is friendly. Location is not bad.

The price was right, and the room was very comfortable. The owner was also very patient with her explanations. It's really close to the beach, so you can head straight back to your room to wash off after the water splashing fun.

It’s more like a motel, there are no appliances in the room. No hair dryer or brush, very poor soap. At night, the cats meow very loudly and scary, i can’t even sleep

Walkable to the beach. The Staff are nice and friendly. Room isn’t the newest but clean and good value for money

Budget friendly alternative with about 10 minutes walk to Bang Saen Beach, our goal for our trip. Nice staff.

Booked this last minute because other rooms were unavailable, so I ended up with a bigger one than I needed, which felt a bit like a waste. It's similar to a budget hotel chain back home, like Home Inn or Hanting, but it was very clean and tidy.

Hotel very nice and quiet. Near the beach. Only problem is corner rooms are too far from the Wi-Fi

The location was great and the staff were friendly. The room was spacious and the matress nice and firm which is how I like it so I slept reasonably wellm but the aircon seemed to struggle to keep the room cool. We couldn't feel and breeze coming from it at all wven if we put the fan on high and dropped the temperature.

Located near beach. Staffs are friendly.
