Hotel room is clean and looks new. Breakfast need to order in advance and they will deliver to your room in morning. It's good for those want to go Amata City companies as it is just nearby.

Parking space is big. Reception is active and very helpful. Room is clean and well equipped. Pillow is comfortable and clean. No mosquitoes.

Last year, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. However, this trip was disappointing. The staff were neither friendly nor helpful. I had to go downstairs to request an extra towel because my booking was for one person which I booked for two person room. To my surprise, the staff charged me an extra 100 baht for the extra tower. In every other hotel I’ve stayed at, I’ve always received two sets of towels, even with a single-person booking. On top of that, I had to go downstairs again to exchange a faulty TV remote. When I asked if the room was checked before my arrival, staff didn't answer my question. Seem they didnt check the room before client check in. Given this experience, I doubt I’ll stay at this hotel again.
