Really enjoyed my stay at J Park Hotel Chonburi. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, and very friendly staff. The hotel is quiet and conveniently located. Breakfast was nice and the overall atmosphere felt relaxing. Great value for the price. Would definitely come back again!

I sleep overnight this hotel for a business trip. Check in late night and check out early morning. . Parking lots are spacious. The room is clean and spacious. The cost is friendly I stayed in this hotel already many times. In my view, the location is great, matching to my activity in the morning. This time I had a dinner at the hotel Thai restaurant. The test of the food is not impressive. In my room, sleeping over the night, I heard some noises outside; however, I could manage to sleep well. The bathroom towels looked so old. Recommend that the hotel should review about this. I will come back to stay in this hotel next business trip. I will spend more time for utilizing On-Sen or swimming pool facility (picture).

I initially had a disappointing experience as I was assigned a very old room with poor toilet cleanliness and bugs crawling out from the toilet flush area. It was clearly not well maintained. Fortunately, after raising the issue, the staff agreed to move me to a better, renovated room, which significantly improved my stay. However, as I was staying for 8 days—not just a short-term guest—it would have been more appropriate to assign a better-quality room from the beginning. First impressions matter, and proactive room allocation can go a long way in guest satisfaction. That said, I appreciate the staff’s willingness to resolve the issue and accommodate my request for a better room.

I always sleep here for my business trips in Chon Buri. The hotel staff has always been kind. This time I left my drinks in the fridge after checking out, but they kept them for me so I could retrieve them later. Will keep visiting here. The bedroom and bathroom are clean and spacious.

The pool was great, with change rooms. Good choice of foods for breakfast and service was excellent.

Big and clean room. Good value for money. Would have given 4 star if bath robe, toothbrush, toothpaste and room slippers were provided.

Excellent Stay at J Park Hotel, Chonburi! I recently had the pleasure of staying at J Park Hotel in Chonburi, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff provided exceptional service—friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as complimentary toiletries and a well-stocked minibar. One of the highlights of my stay was the beautiful swimming pool and well-equipped fitness center, perfect for relaxation and staying active. The hotel’s Japanese-style decor and ambiance added a unique charm that made my stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of Thai and international dishes, ensuring a great start to the day. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, with easy access to shopping centers, restaurants, and business districts.

Japan Park Hotel is located far away from shopping, bars, restaurants and mall. But they got 2 great restaurants (one Japanese) inside J Park area, also a small 7/11 with coffee machine with Latte hot/cold. J Park also has a good fitness room. The Onsen is included for guests, Sauna, hot spring and relax room. The separate female side got a steamroom. Our visit in January (2025) we had a different room with a comfortable bed, this time in February (2025) the room we got had a very hard mattress with no overlay mattress, did not sleep as well as our first stay. The staff at the Reception is very friendly, smiling and helpful. Cleaning staff is very polite and smiling and so is the staff at breakfast and both restaurants. Reception at the Onsen is very polite, helpful and smiling. Even the security is very welcoming and smiling. Clean and modern rooms, only minus is the big height to climb into the shower/bathtub. No ATM at the hotel or nearby, bring cash or use a card. Building 5 might be to noicy with the big road near by. We had Building no 4 and it's quite peaceful.
