Excellent! Jinx's service was very attentive. I'll definitely be back next time. The breakfast, though small, had a good variety, just a bit short on cheese, haha.

This hotel has a great atmosphere, perfect for business trips. It was recommended by a friend. The location is excellent, with beautiful views. When it comes to hotels in Chongqing, Niccolo is definitely my top choice, especially with its high-altitude, floor-to-ceiling windows offering a panoramic night view of the two rivers converging. Jinx was incredibly responsive and attentive. The room was clean and elegant, and the toiletries were high-quality. Plus, IFS is right downstairs, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. My stay was absolutely perfect, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time. Highly recommend!

I stayed at Niccolo Chongqing for a total of 7 days this time, and my overall experience was excellent. First and foremost, the hotel's location is superb, right above IFS. It's perfect for both business travelers and tourists. The area downstairs is relatively quiet and pleasant, great for an evening stroll. If you want to visit attractions, you can just cross the bridge. Secondly, and most importantly, a good hotel ensures a good night's sleep, and Niccolo Chongqing excels at this. As soon as you enter, there's a subtle, soothing fragrance. The bedding is soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a peaceful sleep. Finally, regarding the facilities, the hotel's gym is relatively well-equipped and can meet most fitness needs. The hotel pool is also located on a high floor, offering beautiful views. Speaking of which, the hotel itself is on a high floor, providing breathtaking views outside the window, directly overlooking Hongyadong and the confluence of the two rivers. A big bonus was adding the butler, Heidi, on WeChat. It was incredibly convenient to contact her directly whenever needed, which promptly led me to extend my stay after a few days.

I really enjoy staying high up and overlooking the entire city, and Niccolo made that a reality. From the moment I entered, I felt the staff's warmth. Our butler, Yannie, was incredibly attentive, promptly introducing us to all the hotel's facilities, and even kindly reminded us to bring an umbrella when it was raining in the morning. Although the breakfast restaurant isn't huge, it had all my favorite breakfast items, and the Benedict was especially delicious. Just for the view alone, this will definitely be my go-to hotel whenever I visit Chongqing again!

Facilities: You can tell it's a bit old; the cabinet creaks and doesn't close properly, but other than that, it's okay. However, the soundproofing is a bit poor. I was woken up by snoring from the next room at 4 AM, which was a bit annoying 🙄. Hygiene: Very good. For such a large hotel, this is definitely up to par. Environment: Convenient location. Service: The attitude was good, but the complimentary souvenir was indeed quite stingy—a small packet of Qiaotou hotpot seasoning… It's not as good as the souvenirs at All Seasons or Atour. I couldn't help but laugh when I saw it. The welcome fruit was one banana, one pear, and one apple.

This hotel has always been synonymous with the IFC landmark, and its ambiance, service, and dining truly live up to the 'ultra-luxury' label! When planning our cruise to Chongqing, I didn't hesitate to choose it, and it certainly didn't disappoint! The dishes prepared by the chefs at Xin Kitchen restaurant were especially amazing! Many thanks to the hotel's excellent team for taking such attentive care of us these past two days, and a special thank you to Yannie. See you next time!

Overall, a good experience. All my requests were responded to and handled properly. Yannie provided enthusiastic service, and the location is great. It would be even better if the room facilities could be upgraded. Overall, I recommend staying here; it was a pleasant experience.

The location is absolutely fantastic! It's close to Jiangbeizui subway station, and a quick taxi ride to Jiefangbei and Hongyadong, offering both a quiet stay and easy access to popular sights. The high-altitude gym has an amazing view; you can gaze at the two rivers while working out, and the equipment is new and comprehensive. After a workout, a soak in the scenic bathtub washes away all travel fatigue. Yannie followed up at check-out, and the service was excellent.

The Niccolo Chongqing experience exceeded all expectations! The high-altitude views are absolutely stunning, the room was spotless and grand, and the location is superb. A big thank you to our butler, Yannie. When we reported an odor in our assigned room, she promptly arranged a room change, handling it swiftly and thoughtfully. For Dragon Boat Festival, Yannie even gifted us a beautiful Zongzi gift box. These warm little touches were everywhere, and her service was professional and gentle. We felt comfortable throughout our stay and highly recommend it!!
