A Refreshing Upgrade ISEYA Panoramic Hotel (Chongqing Jiefangbei Flagship) I originally booked a different hotel on Trip.com, but after checking in, it just didn’t meet my expectations. So I walked over to ISEYA Panoramic Hotel, which I had also seen on Trip.com and it turned out to be the perfect decision. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, they took the time to show me different room types until I found exactly what I was looking for. That kind of flexibility and kindness really made a difference after a rough start to the day. The location is excellent, just steps from Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street and in same building of a mall (Yingli International Financial Center) with lots of dining options, including a halal Turkish restaurant on the 6th floor, which was a great surprise. The room itself felt welcoming with the layout, Nespresso machine, projector with sound system, and a stunning view of the Chongqing skyline. The curtain system was thoughtful: a combination of sheer shades and blackout curtains gave me both privacy and beautiful daylight throughout the day. Tip: If you’re staying on the 59th floor, you’ll need to switch elevators on the 58th floor. not an issue, just something to note.

Hotel was amazing! the amenities, the location and the view was great. Tu Tu attended to us at the front desk and she was friendly and courteous. Our butler 橙子 was super friendly and prompt in her reply to our requests. Enjoyed our stay very much :)

We booked this room for our anniversary and I wish we could’ve stayed longer. I chose this hotel becuase of the storm spa and it was just as magical as I expected. 6 guests can be in there so you might have strangers with you so in glad we went during the weekday and got lucky to have it to ourselves for 30 minutes. It’s in a great location and one thing is they do a lot for you to get the value for your money. The storm spa is included in your stat as well as tea service with milk tea and a couple of pastries. They also have some discounted tickets for nearby attractions. When you get there you get a butler who you chat through we chat. They helped me order delivery from ******* since it was all in Chinese and brought it up to my room.

Luobo was such a helpful concierge! Also Tutu was amazing, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The amenities were wild, with a rain spa, pool bath in the room, and lovely complimentary afternoon tea.

This was the best hotel I have visited in my life. I have traveled over 50+ countries and I have never seen such good service in my life. My housekeeper Luobo was very fast at responding, the best service I have had in my life. I hope you can experience this wonderful housekeeper! The views from the Phantom suite where outstanding! The hotel was very clean, everything in the room felt luxurious and fresh. Very high tech and the best toilet ever! The bed was also very comfortable, I slept like a prince.

The hotel environment is very good, very luxurious and elegant, the location is very good, close to the popular tourist attractions in Chongqing such as Jiefangbei and Hongya Cave, the view from the high-altitude hotel is very charming, the service of the small housekeeper fanfan and Ah Hao is particularly thoughtful, I recommend everyone to stay in this hotel.

All the staff were exceptionally welcoming. The room was superb and very clean. Thank you so much. Our laundry was washed for us, and the service was excellent. Special thanks to the concierge for her assistance, restaurant recommendations, and boutique suggestions. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had an outstanding stay at 世野酒店（解放碑旗舰店） / Iseya Jiefangbei Flagship Hotel. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Jiefangbei with easy access to shopping, food, and major attractions. The room was clean, modern, and extremely comfortable. One of the biggest highlights was the virtual butler 世野酒店小管家 “图图”, who responded quickly to every request and made the entire stay effortless. I also really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the complimentary panda plushie, Chongqing local snacks, and the return airport transfer. Additionally, the hotel’s food delivery service, where staff help pick up your food orders and deliver them right to your doorstep, was incredibly convenient and added an extra level of comfort. Overall, this was a truly 5-star experience from start to finish. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Chongqing!

I had such an amazing stay at this hotel! It’s super modern and beautifully designed — everything from the lobby to the room felt stylish and fresh. And the view… absolutely breathtaking! My room was spacious, spotless, and packed with thoughtful details. It had everything — a projector, a Dyson hair dryer, a Japanese-style toilet, and so many other little touches that made it feel really special. The location is perfect too, right in a vibrant neighborhood full of restaurants, shops, and life all around. The team was honestly wonderful — so kind, professional, and always ready to help. I liked how it was convenient : thanks to the team at the reception, Coke & Luobo. it was so easy to contact them on WeChat anytime. You can tell they really care about every detail, and the service was impeccable from start to finish. I also got to try the immersion spa during my stay, which they helped me book at the reception. I was lucky to have the whole place to myself — it was such a fun and relaxing experience! Check-in and check-out were super quick, everything was spotless, and the whole stay was just perfect. I recommend this hotel — modern, comfortable, and truly caring staff. I’d definitely stay here again!
