I had such an unforgettable stay at SEYA Hotel Chongqing for my 30th birthday. From the moment I arrived, everything felt thoughtful, luxurious, and welcoming. A very special thank you to my butler, Tutu, who was incredibly attentive throughout my stay. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and truly made me feel celebrated on such an important milestone birthday. Her kindness and attention to detail made the experience feel personal and memorable. The room itself was absolutely amazing — beautiful, comfortable, and one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the included photo shoot package with three complimentary digital photos. It was such a unique and meaningful touch that made my 30th birthday even more special and gave me memories I’ll always keep. Thank you to the entire team for making my birthday trip so unforgettable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chongqing, especially if you’re celebrating a special occasion.

Location is great as it is in the shopping area. Our butler Moon made us feel welcome and attended to all our needs. Highlight was the Storm Spa and the half hour photography session where the photographer communicates with us using gestures as we don't speak Chinese. Overall a good stay for anyone visiting Chongqing on vacation

Had a good stay, the highlight was the storm spa. Staff were very friendlily and responsive especially Tutu and moon, they were very helpful.

The hotel has a very convenient location, right downstairs from the city center. The room views are also exceptionally beautiful! The hotel also offers 24-hour butler service, and the butler, Shanyue, is very attentive and welcoming, providing free laundry services and taking out takeout.

A special thanks to the lovely girl 图图 who helped me so much during my visit. She was extremely caring, professional, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable and relaxing.

I really had a wonderful time in Chongqing, especially because of the staff at the hotel. They were kind, patient, and understanding. I appreciate that they spoke some English (I was not expecting but am deeply grateful for it). What they could not we worked through with a translator. I loved the housekeeping (the lady we had was so cute and sweet). The views were great, the rooms was niceand the amenities were lovely and best of the location of the hotel is right across the street from a street of stalls. Overall a wonderful place to stay. (I just realized I forgot to take pictures of the room😭😭😭).

One of the best hotel I’ve been to, hotel was huge with a really large pool inside the room. They also have a stormy rain spa room which is 10/10 experience. Highly recommend this hotel. Hotel staff 萝卜&贝贝was super helpful throughout my stay such as collecting deliveries for me and accommodating to my needs.
