Tutu, was extremely helpful and kind to me, the room service was great with a dedicated in staff butler and the storm spa was great with a great view of the city

Room facilities: Absolutely amazing! Filling up the hot spring tub in the room and floating around with a swimming ring, enjoying the night view and listening to music – it was simply incredible. I loved it so much! The projector and voice-activated assistant were also excellent. Cleanliness: This is the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in, including the hot spring tub which was sparkling clean. Service: What I loved most was the butler service. They were available 24/7, helped with laundry and drying clothes, and resolved any issues instantly. My swimming ring had a leak, and I told the butler – they brought a new one within minutes. My clothes were dirty at 2 AM, and I had to go out at 5 PM. The butler washed, dried, and folded them and brought them up before 5 PM. I was so touched! 😭 I also loved the Storm Spa; they even provided waterproof phone pouches. The service was exceptional, and I will definitely be back!

Really great service and super helpful! Lulu and moon were extremely professional. I couldnt have asked for a better stay! Would highly recommend staying here. Location is super convenient. Anything I asked for help they were able to accommodate! Even helped me call a local banquet hall to help me check availability. The butler service was very quick to respond and the room was very clean and nice. The view is unbeatable as well. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

If I ever visit Chonqing This is the only place that I would stay. I have not seen any better views in all of my travels in China that is literally breathtaking waking up to every day. The staff is professional and nice and is very attentive throughout your entire day. The storm spa is magical and the amenities is nothing less than perfect. The staff member beibei and our photographer and An An were perfect and nice anytime we needed help! I am happy to have stayed here and I’m excited to come back again soon!

I had a wonderful stay at SEYA Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The service was excellent, and all the staff were friendly and professional. A special thank you to Pipi and especially Lolo. Lolo was incredibly helpful, responded very quickly to all my questions, and made our stay much more enjoyable. Her kindness and attention to detail were truly appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

She was incredibly responsive on WeChat and always happy to help. She arranged my laundry quickly, coordinated my ******* deliveries without any hassle and answered every question almost immediately. It’s rare to find someone so attentive and genuinely caring about a guest’s experience. The hotel itself is stunning. The room was spacious, modern and beautifully designed, especially with the incredible blue lighting at night. The pool and spa area felt like stepping into another world, creating such a relaxing atmosphere. I also loved the breakfast, which offered plenty of fresh and healthy choices every morning. The photos really speak for themselves: the beautiful room, the unique pool experience and the delicious breakfast all made this stay unforgettable. A special thank you to Moon for going above and beyond. She truly made me feel looked after throughout my stay. If you’re considering staying here, I couldn’t recommend it more. The hotel is conveniently located for exploring Jiefangbei. Our room on the 50th floor offered stunning panoramic views of Chongqing. The 24-hour butler service was a thoughtful touch; the butler even helped with laundry, which was a real lifesaver.

The room looks exactly like the photos, and the facilities are excellent. The bathrobe and slippers are super comfortable! The butler service was incredibly, incredibly, incredibly, incredibly, incredibly attentive and made me feel completely pampered, haha, truly amazing!

The hotel is worth every cent. The staff speak English and are happy to help you authenticate WeChat. There is also a WhatsApp butler service available 24 hours a day. Everything is well organized. The rooms offer a beautiful view of the city, and the breakfast is delicious and full of flavor. Highly recommended!
