This was genuinely one of the most incredible hotel stays we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, the entire experience felt luxurious and special. Our room on the 50th floor was absolutely stunning, with incredible views, a massive bathtub that felt more like our own private pool, and a huge projector screen that came down in front of the bed. We honestly didn’t want to leave the room! We also really enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea and booked the private storm spa experience, which was such a unique and relaxing addition to our stay. Every little detail made the experience feel extra special. I also want to specifically mention our housekeeper, Bibi. She was absolutely lovely, incredibly attentive, and took such wonderful care of us and our room. Her kindness and attention to detail really stood out and made our stay even better. The service throughout the hotel was fantastic, the room was unforgettable, and the entire experience was worth every penny. This was definitely one of the highlights of our trip through China, and if we ever return to Chongqing, we would absolutely stay here again. ❤️

I'’m giving the S.E.Y.A. Panoramic Hotel (Chongqing) a well-deserved 5 stars. My son, one of my employees, and I stayed three nights just a few days ago on a business trip, and we all agreed this was one of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed in. From the moment you walk into the lobby, the hotel feels elevated and thoughtfully designed. The aesthetics throughout the property — especially the rooms — are unlike anything I’ve experienced before. The room itself was extremely stylish, with beautiful color themes, smart lighting, and a modern layout that feels both luxurious and comfortable. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the pool in the room — and I mean a real pool. It’s large, it’s private, and it’s an experience you don’t forget. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels, and I’ve never seen anything like it. Service was outstanding from start to finish. Check-in was smooth, and every staff member I interacted with was helpful and professional. A special thank you to my housekeeper, Lulu — she was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of. I genuinely appreciate her and the entire team. One of my favorite touches was how the hotel would text me each night to ask what I wanted for breakfast, then deliver it exactly when I requested — always on time. Even the service robot was a fun and impressive detail that added to the overall experience. The view from the 51st floor is breathtaking — easily one of the best views I’ve ever had from a hotel room. And the location is perfect: you’re in a central area with tons of food options, which made everything convenient during our trip. Very convenient location, every attraction is a walking distance. Facilities were great, the in-room pool had a great view of the city and was very comfortable. It is worth the price even if you decide to stay for a day. Our butler Lulu was very efficient and helped us throughout the day. Highly reccomended for a good experience in Chongqing

Tutu and other girls in the reception was very helpful . All stuff is very professional and lovely . Location is perfect , all the popular tourist locations is very near and you can go there by walk easy. Pool is nice but it’s mostly decoration , storm spa is also okey . Will choose this hotel because of location and lovely stuff .

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, loved our room with the skyline view and the amazing bath and furnishings! We also had fantastic assistance from our personal helper Kang Kang, who attended to all our needs brilliantly, we couldn't ask for better service! 5 stars would recommend!

Wonderful hotel in excellent location. The room is clean and high tech with a huge bed and high end fabrics. Our butler Orange was just a text message away and every time we saw her she was always happy and smiling. The storm spa was amazing. There is a welcome tea and cake in the lobby. Breakfast is delivered to your room, the service is elegant. If you choose breakfast, pick the chinese option. If you dont want spicy they will accomodate you. In mandarin spicy is "la" so if you dont want spicy say "boola". There is a night market directly behind and in the alleyway in the building across from the entrance to the hotel. Instructions on how to reach the hotel are in the email you will receive and are invaluable if using the subway. March helped us check out and kept our luggage until it was time to depart.

The hotel has a storm-themed bar and an afternoon tea restaurant, and the rooms offer great views of Chongqing's night skyline. The service is also very attentive; they helped with laundry and even picking up takeout. Orange the butler was excellent.
