Yunxi River View Hotel

This hotel is absolutely fantastic and offers incredible value for money. The lady at the front desk was so sweet and asked if I had any requests. I asked for a higher floor, and she upgraded me to a 28th-floor room with a 270-degree panoramic view! I had originally booked a 9th-floor room with a 180-degree view, so I was incredibly happy. It's right across from Raffles City and the Yangtze River, making it a genuine river-view room. I immediately decided to extend my stay for another night. My previous hotel charged me 100 RMB for the cancellation, but it was worth it. Two nights just wasn't enough!

Booked this for a friend, specifically choosing the room. The service was great, and it's close to the subway, making it convenient to get everywhere. Raffles City is right outside, and the room has an expansive view. We got free Nongfu Spring water and Oriental Leaves tea daily, which was a lifesaver in Chongqing's scorching heat!

This hotel is truly fantastic, a definite five-star! From the moment I stepped in, I felt the staff's warm and attentive service; they were always smiling and eager to help. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. Whether it was checking in after a day out or asking for advice when heading out, everything was incredibly satisfying. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I'm back in the area.

I especially want to commend the hotel's service. The personal butler was patient and responsible, actively helping to solve any issues that arose. The room was clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the overall environment was excellent, making for a very relaxing stay. My entire check-in experience was great, exceeding expectations. This will be my first choice for future trips.

The room was beautiful, and the hotel's surroundings were lovely. Overall, I had a very satisfying stay. The staff were all friendly, enthusiastic, and very helpful. The only minor inconvenience was that you had to use an elevator to get in and out of the hotel, and during peak times, the wait could be quite long, sometimes even up to 15 minutes. If the elevator situation could be improved, the overall experience would be even more perfect.

This stay exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were complete. I have to commend the butler, she was exceptionally kind, polite, and thoughtful throughout. I'll definitely choose to stay here again for my next trip!
