The platform showed availability, but when I arrived at the hotel front desk, they said there were no rooms. Several third-party platforms also showed rooms, but the front desk insisted there weren't any. I'm not sure how the hotel's backend system works. I understand it was May Day and there were a lot of people, and the hotel price wasn't cheap, so the service should have matched that... The toilet was a very old model, and the mattress was soft and saggy... It felt like all the facilities were just renovated... The air conditioning couldn't be turned off, so my child couldn't sleep. We had to make a makeshift bed on the floor in the middle of the night, and he woke up with a cold and a stuffy nose the next day! The most annoying thing was being told there were no rooms, and then seeing plenty of rooms online! The afternoon tea was just those two items shown in the picture, miles behind what you'd find in Chengdu hotels...

Clean and hygienic, with spacious rooms and a great location that offers excellent views overlooking Chongqing's night skyline.

Extremely satisfied! The bathtub was super big, and Jingjing, Fanfan, and all the other staff members were incredibly nice and helpful. 👍

The hotel has an amazing view of the city. The front desk upgraded my room, which was spacious with comfortable bedding. The service was attentive and thoughtful, and the breakfast was excellent. There are also many eateries downstairs, and it's within walking distance to Jiefangbei. Highly recommend!
