Vista High-Rise River View Hotel (Jiefangbei Area/Hong Ya Dong)

The views from the room are absolutely stunning, especially during the 'blue hour' and at night. The floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the entire room are perfect for photos. The room amenities are comprehensive, and the toiletries are Bvlgari. The butler service was also excellent; afternoon tea was delivered to the room as soon as we arrived, and the next morning, we received Chongqing-style 'Youcha'. Overall, my experience at this hotel was fantastic.

I've been wanting to visit Chongqing for a long time, and I spent a lot of time choosing accommodation. It certainly didn't disappoint! The location is super convenient, right next to Hongyadong, and the light rail station is just downstairs. It's a 5-minute walk to Jiefangbei and Bayi Delicious Street, making it super easy for us to explore and eat. The toiletries are luxurious, like Bvlgari, and the bathtub was perfect for a relaxing soak. The only downside is that my vacation was too short, I wish I could have stayed longer! For someone who loves taking photos, this hotel offers plenty of spots for amazing shots. Plus, the butler service was top-notch – the young lady was enthusiastic and gentle. Loved it, loved it, I'll definitely be back. It's been a while since I gave a five-star review, but this place definitely deserves a big shout-out, hehehe.

The service was excellent! Definitely a five-star review. The location is absolutely fantastic, super convenient for taxis, and just downstairs near Bayi Road Square Food Street – so much good food and fun stuff. Plus, the room hygiene was meticulous, the bed was so soft, and overall it was very comfortable. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Had a really comfortable stay here, on the 45th floor with amazing river views. The room facilities and amenities were excellent; they even provided Bvlgari toiletries and a Dyson hairdryer, which was a nice touch. The afternoon tea was also quite unique. Although breakfast wasn't included, they sent up Chongqing You Cha (a savory breakfast tea), which I tried for the first time and found to be delicious.

This hotel boasts an excellent location on a one-way street, making taxi pick-up incredibly convenient – no need to worry about which side of the road to be on. The lobby on the 45th floor offers breathtaking views, with floor-to-ceiling windows providing a stunning panoramic city nightscape. It's just a 10-minute walk to the scenic area, making sightseeing super easy. The rooms are clean and smart, equipped with Dyson amenities, smart toilets, and soft bedding. The service is attentive, making this my top choice for Chongqing!

First off, the view from this hotel is absolutely the best. I thought being so high up, I'd be stuck with just air conditioning and potentially stuffy air, but to my surprise, there were small windows that could open for ventilation. My kids absolutely loved the bathtub here; they practically didn't want to leave the hotel, just wanting to soak in the tub. The service was also excellent; they offered complimentary oil tea in the mornings, and afternoon tea with coffee and cake. Plus, the other public areas were fantastic for taking photos.
