Extremely satisfied:
1. Airport Pick-up: Arrived at the airport exit at 1:30 AM. Called the hotel and they immediately sent a free pick-up service. The driver was very nice.

Meets expectation. Booked a stay here for an early morning flight out of Chongqing. Hotel arranged for a Didi ride (complimentary) picking us up at 4am for a 7.20am flight. There's a huge park opposite this hotel and a huge mall with Walmart within walking distance. However, we searched a long time before we could find eatery within the mall, very few. There's a McDonald's. Though this hotel is a no frill hotel, it has all the amenities necessary for a short stay. Toothbrushes, toothpaste, bedroom slippers and even complimentary coffee and cocktail for one person.
