這次遊玩先去的成都住了錦江賓館，後來重慶住了渝州賓館，不管從服務和環境都形成了對比，渝州賓館服務熱情，還升級了帶陽台的房間，設施齊全，早餐種類多，這次家庭出遊比較匆忙，衹住了一晚，沒來的及體驗洗頭服務和逛逛超大的園林，下次來重慶肯定首選渝州賓館，附近還有民主村可以逛逛，還可以吃到地道的重慶火鍋。

渝州賓館算是重慶的官家酒店了，服務沒得説，從入住到引導到房間到各種權益享受都有人跟進。整個酒店佔地面積很大，環境特別好，院子裏走上一圈都要30分鐘，有很多大樹。入住的雙床房，整個感覺最顯著的就是不停地投喂。入住有小食飲料禮盒送，裏面的零食和飲料品質都很不錯，晚上還送了小餐包，還有免費夜宵檸檬雞飯，到後面完全吃不動了。房間設施和裝修有點年代感，隔音效果有待進一步提升。早餐特別豐盛，中西式菜品很全，要了一碗米線，自己加豌雜澆頭，味道特別好，很濃郁。奶酪、熟食、麪包、抹醬種類很多。奶酪品質很好。

每次回重慶，從楊家坪到沙坪壩，再到解放碑，選來選去，還是回到了我曾經住過的渝州賓館，酒店內部是園林建築，有草坪，樹林，小湖泊，每個房間都是一個園林景觀。。
平時不愛寫評語，但這次住了好幾天，深深感受到了酒店對客人的温情與關心，服務到家 ，我給孩子洗了衣服，客房服務員會主動我給我們拿個晾曬架子。還有就是美食，他們的早餐實在太好吃了，有各種重慶小吃，涼粉，涼麪，油茶，冰粉。。還有各種菜品，真正讓我吃到了兒時的味道，尤其是麻辣小麪，每天必須一碗，讓我的這個挑食的兒子，連蔬菜都能吃很多，這就是我選來選去的最終酒店。

My friend and I are visiting Chongqing and got recommended this hotel by a local friend, and it turns out to be the best experience ever!!!
The service were just unbelievably amazing, everyone we met are professional and kind. It really made us feel like home when we were staying there so we went back to stay for a second time in our trip!
Special thanks to 小曹 for helping us with the check out and the little gift is very thoughtful! Also thank you 小秦 for guiding us and the tea. Thanks礼宾部for always helping us with luggage.
And thank you so so much Peter for helping us with everything. We’ve left some valuables in the room by accidentally. Straight after we contact the reception Peter contacted us and handle the situation amazingly and professionally. Best hotel manager we’ve ever met.

No one in this hotel speaks any word of English. This makes every interaction painfully slow and we were disturbed countless times by staff members attempting to provide the most basic services in the most clumsy manner possible.
