Vienna Hotel (Chongqing Dazu Stone Carving)

The environment is so-so, the hotel is a bit old, there aren't many good restaurants around, and the breakfast is also just average.

The front desk and security staff were very helpful at check-in, proactively guiding me to the parking garage. However, some guests were arguing in the hallway that night, waking me up in the middle of the night. It was a very unpleasant experience. Ugh!

The room is spacious and easy to use.

We booked a one-day room through Ctrip. We arrived late that day. The lovely receptionist patiently answered our questions and discussed nearby travel plans for the next day. She also washed and hung our clothes. The hotel offers discounts on tickets to the Dazu Rock Carvings, a rich breakfast, and ample mineral water. The front desk also provided a toilet seat (good quality) and other essentials. The hotel has a dedicated parking space on the basement floor, and the parking staff were very helpful, personally coming down to help us park and carry our luggage upstairs. The room was spacious and clean. We reported a minor issue to the front desk, and someone immediately came to address it. Overall, we were very satisfied with the service. The location is excellent, the room rate is reasonable, and the value for money is excellent. We've been here many times and this hotel was a pleasant surprise, so we ended up staying for three consecutive days. 👍 Facilities: 4.5 Cleanliness: 5

The overall experience exceeded expectations. The cleanliness was meticulous, and the environment was quiet and cozy. The staff were friendly, responsive, and attentive to detail. Conveniently located, and a very comfortable stay; highly recommended.
