The room was very clean, and the hotel upgraded me to a deluxe river view room, which had a fantastic view! The hotel service was also excellent, especially our butler Zozo, who was incredibly responsive and helpful. Superb! I'll definitely stay here again next time!

It was raining today, and the staff at the entrance stayed with us until our car arrived, helping us load our luggage. Our car was parked across the street, and they were even worried about us getting wet. It felt incredibly, incredibly warm! Also, the cleaning staff I ran into, the front desk ladies, and even the gym staff were all so welcoming.
