優點：老闆自己家的房子，在小區裏面，阿姨和叔叔打掃的很認真，採光也不錯，而且被子很厚實。同時價格也很優惠。
不好之處：一是不太好找。二是公共衞浴。三是隔音效果不太好，外面説話玩手機都可以聽見，包括上廁所沖水等等。晚上9點睡覺，11點被吵醒一次，凌晨1點半有個女生很大聲説話吵醒一次，3點又被一個上廁所玩手機的吵醒。

比我想象中乾淨衞生，麻雀雖小 五臟俱全。老闆人特別好，因為是考試定的公寓，老闆早上還開車把我們送到了考點，第一次遇到這麼周到的老闆！有問必答，有求必應，帶來了很好的居住體驗。

就是弄在公寓裏面的羣租房，衞生差到了了極點，環境逼仄得實在令人喘不過氣來……千萬別像我一樣被照片給欺騙了，要不是第二天一大早在附近辦事絕不會來這裏將就過夜，這種條件還敢賣這個價格真是不太懂，同樣價位又條件優越得多的青旅在重慶真的是多了去了……
