I rarely write reviews, but the staff of Atour are really hardworking and deserve praise, Xiaotao, Xiaofeng, and the beautiful lady whose name I didn't remember. They were very patient, friendly and thoughtful. They helped me upgrade the room, dried my clothes, poured tea when guests checked in or left, and other small details. In addition, I stayed in different Atours on this trip, and I specially chose Atour. It was very thoughtful in terms of hardware, soft furnishings, service and every detail. I have a small suggestion, the pickles for breakfast (the porridge side dishes are too salty), I don't know if other guests have reported it. It seems that other Atours also have this feature. I like the room design of this Atour and the river view. Overall very good, will continue to stay and recommend others.

The room is clean, the breakfast is rich, the service is good, the handsome guy Asu at the front desk helped me upgrade to a wooden room with river view. The view is great, you can see the Yangtze River, the bridge and Chaotianmen. I was attracted to become an Atour member and will stay here again next time.

Environment: The room is quite spacious, with two coffee tables, a water table, and a comfortable washing area. I didn't book a river view room, but I could see a little bit. What I like most is that there is no extra light after the curtains are drawn, and it can basically be completely dark. Who knows if you have requirements for sleeping lights! The pillows are comfortable! City Sky Dome Observation Tower: You can go there without leaving the building, haha, it's okay, it's not a mature project, but you can take a look, after all, it's free, don't forget it, I hope the front desk can remind me next time, because I just forgot to see the night view, I could only see it during the day on the last day, it was foggy

The hotel itself has good hardware and location. It is right by the river, with many food stalls along the way, which is very suitable for walking around and watching the night view. The breakfast is good. It's just that the room is too hot, even with the air conditioner turned off, it's still hot. And the sales model feels weird. After placing an order on the platform, a salesperson will call and say that the room next to the elevator is not good, and suggest to pay extra to upgrade, but the discount given to each guest is different. The salesperson my friend met before obviously gave a much larger discount. Anyway, I think the sales method is a bit weird.

Thanks to the front desk receptionist for upgrading us to a river view room. The room is very comfortable, with heating, not noisy at all, and I slept very comfortably. I will choose this hotel next time I travel. I am also a member of Atour☺️
