We are currently replacing the bed linens and quilt covers on each floor with new bare cotton. The new bare cotton is beige in color. It is pure, natural, unbleached, and undyed long-staple cotton from Xinjiang. The black dots are natural cotton seeds. The color will gradually whiten after repeated washings. You can use it with confidence. We will explain this to guests during check-in to avoid misunderstandings. The hotel offers a variety of room types, including elegant, superior, and wooden, with varying sizes and views to meet the needs of different guests. We recommend you try our superior or wooden rooms. The windows are relatively larger than those in the elegant rooms. We take the curtain issue you reported very seriously and have immediately arranged for the housekeeping and engineering departments to inspect and maintain the curtains in all rooms to ensure they fully close and provide effective light blocking. During your stay, you are welcome to call our customer service at any time by dialing 0. We have someone on duty 24 hours a day to better assist you with any issues.
