Chongqing Rooftop Terrace Youth B&B (Jiefangbei Shibati Branch)

Stayed here as I was told it was social but it was empty when I was there. Rooftop bar is cool and it's in a great location

Absolutely beautiful place with the most lovely staff ever so kind and friendly and such a nice place to stay really nice views and really nice vibes, I lost my camera and was helped above and beyond to get it back by the staff there great people cannot recommend this place enough

I was a bit dissapointed… the location was amazing but the hostel in itself was not clean and the bed was very hard.. i assume it is because bringing matresses up to the 31st floor is not ideal which I get, but still almost like sleeping on planks. The room and bathroom were not clean but the bedsheets were clean and fresh! The rooftop was also a bit disappointing, but ok, at least they have one and the view is cool. Hard to find, but with help from others and reading the reviews I found it :) Chongqing is in general a confusing city so this is not the reason for a mediocre review 😄

Its really hard to find the hostel. Read the photos indications on trip carefully. The hostel offers dormitories and room. We had the room with the view on the city. It’s really cosy and amazing to have this view. When you are in the hostel you can go on the rooftop with the same view and it’s really cosy and chill. We didn’t meet much people it’s quiet and very well located . Also there are three cute cats in the hostels

A friendly hostel host! There was construction there whilst we stayed, but otherwise ok!

Very difficult to find, it is on the top floor of an apartment building and there are no signs to indicate it is there until you have got out the elevator and walked up 2 flights of stairs. Make sure you reach out to the owner before arriving and he will be able to help you and speaks great English. We didn’t do this and found out the hard way! Owner was very friendly, able to book trips for us and recommend things to do. In a great location. You get what you pay for, but this was a great budget option!
