The soundproofing in the room wasn't great, and the elevators were quite busy in the early mornings. However, the air conditioning worked perfectly; even with rain outside, the room was nice and warm. The breakfast was excellent, very tasty, and had a wide variety of options.

The hotel is clean and the bed was comfortable. Wide spread of food for breakfast. The location is near GuanyinQiao pedestrian walkway. There are big shopping malls around guangyin qiao. The staff are very helpful and nice especially the male staff ( sorry forgot his name), he is very attentive, still remembered when we reached the hotel door steps, he quickly came down to help us carry our big luggagesup the stairs . The hotel's location is super convenient for transportation. Taxis are readily available right outside, and it's just a 7-8 minute walk to the subway station. From check-in to check-out, every staff member was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel's laundry room was a lifesaver for washing clothes during our trip, and the gym was great for getting a workout in whenever we wanted. My trip to Chongqing was made truly special thanks to Hampton Inn. Chongqing has so many fantastic sights and attractions, which meant we often returned to the hotel quite late. However, the friendly staff at the front desk were always there to lend a hand with our bags and help us out. This Hampton by Hilton in Chongqing truly didn't measure up to other locations. The bedding was a major issue: the pillows were too high and firm, and the sheets felt rough and scratchy against my skin. To make matters worse, the air conditioning barely cooled the room all night, which was absolute torture during the sweltering Chongqing summer. Our stay at the hotel was fantastic. Shiller at the front desk was incredibly friendly and efficient during check-in, making the process quick and welcoming. Our stay was absolutely perfect! The hotel's location is excellent, and we were immediately soothed by the subtle fragrance upon entering. Xiao Wen at the front desk was incredibly efficient with our check-in. The freshly made wontons for breakfast were out-of-this-world delicious! The room was quite small, but the design made decent use of the space. My experience at Hampton by Hilton this time was quite underwhelming.
