Cloud Screen International Hotel

The room layout was pretty good, but it's not a standard hotel; it's more like an apartment. The front desk was severely understaffed, with only one person on duty who kept stepping away. Even though it wasn't peak season when we arrived, there was a long line of people waiting to check in. We also had trouble figuring out the room key. It felt like a waste of time to spend our vacation money and then have to wait around for the front desk. Plus, the room's hidden corners weren't properly cleaned; it was only superficially tidy. Overall, the experience was just mediocre. And the front desk isn't even in the same building as the rooms, so you have to keep running back and forth. 😓

The room offers a lovely view, with the Yangtze River visible from the upper floors, making for a beautiful night view. The hotel is conveniently located close to both the subway station and the Shancheng (Mountain City) Trail. It's very clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly. Overall, it's a great hotel.

Facilities: Fairly complete, but no disposable toilet seat covers. The smart controls didn't work well, and the curtains were semi-automatic. The water heater only provided hot water for 30 minutes at a time, then you had to wait an hour for it to heat up again. Hygiene: Acceptable; the bed linens were dry-cleaned. Location: The location was decent. A taxi to Jiefangbei was the minimum fare of 11 yuan, and Chongqing's night view is beautiful. Service: The service was terrible. The front desk staff were arrogant and didn't seem to understand anything, which was incredibly frustrating. With this level of service, the hotel feels more like a 3-star guesthouse than a 4-diamond hotel.

The location is fantastic, with easy access to transportation and plenty of dining options. The staff were attentive, warm, and thoughtful. Our room had a great view of Chongqing's river, was very spacious, and offered excellent value for money.

The room is spacious and bright, and the price is affordable. It's close to Jiefangbei and Hongya Cave Scenic Area, making transportation very convenient.

The room was clean and tidy. The subway station is right downstairs, which is incredibly convenient. Being on a high floor, the view was beautiful. Front desk staff Xiao Fu provided excellent service, even escorting me to the elevator. There are plenty of food options downstairs, so there's no need to order takeout. Highly recommended!

The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, offering a view of the Yangtze River. It was well-equipped with a large projector screen, a washing machine, a freezer, and a smart toilet. The service was excellent; I requested bottled water in the middle of the night, and it was delivered to my room shortly after I sent the message.
