Hilton Chongqing Liangjiang New Area

The room was very spacious with a beautiful view. The pool also had a great view.

The facilities are very complete, and the staff are extremely proactive. The swimming pool was a huge surprise for the kids, and there's also a 36-degree hot pool for them to play in. We had lunch at Panna Restaurant, and the Tomahawk steak was massive. If our stay had been longer, we definitely would have extended it.

On our last day in Chongqing, we chose to stay at the Hilton. We didn't have high expectations, but we were still quite satisfied! There were a few pleasant surprises: after breakfast, the staff invited our child to do some crafts and took many photos of them; the hotel lobby sold souvenirs that were actually more exquisite and cheaper than those sold outside, so we bought a bunch of fridge magnets, Miao silver jewelry, and more. When they learned we were going to the museum in the morning, they proactively informed us that our room included executive benefits, allowing for a 3 PM late check-out.

This hotel was my choice for a business trip. The breakfast was plentiful and the location is good, right behind Xiangzhanglin. Overall, everything was pretty good, and the service attitude was also quite nice. Definitely a strong recommendation!

Convenient transportation, complete facilities, beautiful environment, clean and hygienic. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the service was attentive.

The view is great, the room is spacious, and the service is good. It's clean and tidy, and there's a bathtub for a soak. The breakfast spread is rich, and the local noodles are delicious, though other dishes are a bit average. Since it's not close to the subway, you'll need to take a taxi to get around.

The room was pretty good, very clean, and the location was excellent, very close to Chongqing North Railway Station.

On the second day, before heading out, I went to extend my stay. The front desk lady proactively asked about my experience, and I casually mentioned a minor issue I had while sleeping. To my surprise, she immediately apologized and promptly arranged for adjustments and improvements. When I returned to the hotel in the afternoon, I met someone who I believe was the housekeeping supervisor or manager. She also apologized and showed me to a newly assigned room, which had already been set to a comfortable temperature! It was truly fantastic! While the hotel's hardware facilities aren't top-tier luxury, the service, at least from the staff members I encountered, was absolutely world-class! The hotel's executive lounge is also excellent and worth commending; the food selection is among the best I've seen at other Hilton properties I've stayed at. Of course, there are areas where the hotel could improve, such as the concierge downstairs. One of the Golden Key concierges was great, but what about the others?
