Positive Staff is attentive and very quick to respond to requests special mention to the young male staff member that helped me with using wechat to pay a local driver as international wechat users have limited access to certain services. Once again thank you🙏 Rooms are showing signs of age but is still okay. Views from room is really amazing we have a balcony room that we enjoyed. Also there is a compliment washing machine that you can use. Location Very close to the surrounding tourist attraction and to metro station. If taking a DiDi or taxi it is easier if you use address as PANDA MANSION GATE 4 It leads you straight to the pic attached and from there just take lift to level 38. The other entrance you will have to take another lift from main road to level 4 then menovaure around shops to look for this entrance probably not a problem when you don't have suitcases but can be inconvenient and confusing when you first arrive 😉

Booking for 5 nights in this hotel. It's on the 38th floor of a tall building. The hotel provided a clear picture guided map for guests to find the location and check in from the nearest metro station. Nice modern hotel. I was impressed by the size of the bathroom! Almost the same size as the bedroom. Nice public sitting area and a sharing kitchen outside the room. Good water pressure in bathroom but drainage system bit slow... but I'm staying alone so it's ok.. wait a few minutes water in shower area will drain dry. For the first 4 nights I stayed in a city view room which is nothing much to see. But the final night I switched to another room facing the river and 3 bridges (the view was marvelous! Can view Sun set ! If you come to this hotel, make sure you book the river and bridge view room) Nice and helpful staff, fast check in and check out.

Hotel location is great. It’s surrounded by dozens of nice restaurants many halal options too. Very close to Shibati Road and jiefangbei. However, although my room was spacious with good soundproofing, it wasn’t clean. They are marks on the wall, limescale in the bathroom, basically they need to repaint and change furniture it is that simple. Other than that it’s a bit tricky to find at first but then once you have directions it’s easy! From the balcony you have ice views over the river for sunset it is immaculate!

Perfect! For that price you get a really nice location, a good room and an incredible view of the city. Still, the elevator is a bit annoying
