Vienna International Hotel (Nanchuan District Wanda Plaza)

It's not bad. The hotel facilities are very new. The front desk and cleaning lady are also very good. Slippers and other things are delivered immediately. The view from the window is also very good.

The hotel is ideally located, just a 5-minute walk from the subway station and a 10-minute drive from the Nanchuan Bus Station. There are numerous restaurants nearby, making dining convenient. The rooms are elegantly decorated, spacious, and well-equipped. The breakfast selection isn't extensive, but it's delicious. The front desk staff is friendly and attentive. Highly recommended.

I thought it was a chain hotel, but I was very dissatisfied and had a bad experience. The hygiene: none of the makeup mirror, sink mirror, and dressing mirror were clean. There were also dust streaks on the bedside. What's worse is that the WiFi can't be connected at all. Other hotels can scan the code to connect to the Internet, and then enter the password according to the room number, but here you can only scan the code, and the laptop and tablet can't connect at all. Even if they are connected, they can't be used. The delivery of slippers and water is very slow! The experience is too bad...

I finally found an ideal hotel. The hotels I stayed in before were either poor in hygiene or service. This hotel in Vienna gave me a welcome sound from the moment I checked in, giving me the feeling of going home. Because we were driving by ourselves, there were a lot of things. During the check-in process The lady at the front desk asked us if we needed help with our luggage. After I refused, I thought it was too troublesome because there is a bit of distance from the lobby to the elevator. The security guy was still very enthusiastic to help us carry our luggage to the room. From these small gestures, it was very helpful. Makes it worth recommending. After arriving in the room, we wanted to change to a twin bed. There was no extra charge and breakfast was given for free. Since we were taking a tram, we called the front desk to ask if there were any charging stations. The front desk patiently told us that there were free charging stations in the hotel. There was someone to guide us when we were in the car. It is really worth recommending. The room was clean and tidy. The location was great and the transportation was convenient. The hotel facilities were complete. I personally think the price-performance ratio is quite high. The service is attentive and extremely comfortable, creating a feeling of home for me. Everything is impeccable, no matter how big or small. The waiters in this hotel are all well-traveled, warm and thoughtful!

Room is clean and sanitary Service: Good

The room is spacious enough, 30 square meters +. The scenery is good, facing the river you can see Jinfo Mountain in the distance. The facilities are so-so and there is no refrigerator~. The sanitary shower head is a bit crude~ The waiters vary, some are particularly warm (put two extra bottles of water). Some of them were careless and put away the hand soap but didn’t put new ones~ It's a little simple in the morning, so just eat it...

酒店在寫字樓裏，各方面都很好。設施簡潔房間寬暢，居高眺望市貌。自駕停車方便，指標清楚。離店時充電線落在房間，打電話客服幫忙郵寄，要表揚一下樓層PA拾金不昧和幫忙郵寄，謝謝啦。如果能即時打電話，我當時就在酒店附近汽車充電場，有點小遺憾，酒店服務會更上一層樓。

酒店服務非常好，從入住到離店都很滿意。前台態度熱情，辦理速度很快。入住期間有需求響應很及時，客房阿姨主動多給了礦泉水和紙巾。退房時還幫忙寄存了行李，全程感覺很貼心。整體服務超出預期，會推薦給朋友。
