The hotel I originally booked had a long flight of stairs, which would have been a hassle with my luggage. So, I blindly picked this place and called them. They said it wasn't far and the entrance was flat, so I went ahead. The front desk lady was super nice and upgraded me to a bigger room. The hotel is conveniently located, less than a ten-minute walk to Jiefangbei, and there's a bus stop right outside, which is really handy.

The service was quite good, but the cleanliness needs improvement. The sink and toilet were fine, but when I pulled back the duvet, there were a few hairs on the bed... It would be even better if this could be improved~~

Getting there was the tricky part. The hotel is centrally located. However you have to after entering skip the reception on the ground floor, go left and take the elevator to the 7th floor where the actual reception is. It took us a bit by trial and error but the general orientational confusion is part of the charm of the city, I guess. As far as commodities go, it's the usual one can expect from a hotel of this caliber.

We loved our stay at Come Stay S Hotel in Chongqing! The location was absolutely perfect — right in the heart of the city and just a short walk to Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. It was the perfect place to stay for exploring everything Chongqing has to offer!

Our room on the 14th floor was nice and clean. Bed is just right and firm which we like. I requested for extra pillow and they offered a choice of firm or soft. It has safe, kettle, but no aircon only heater, but fan was provided upon request, which is good enough as it was winter season. Bathroom is clean with toiletries. shampoo, toothbrush, shaver etc. Very high standards! will be happy to return or recommend to friends.

My experience at Chongqing LAIZHU S Hotel was fantastic! The location is convenient, with plenty of great food options and easy transportation nearby. Facilities: Decent, the water pressure was great and very comfortable. However, the vanity area was too dark, and there was no overhead light. Hygiene: Not bad, I didn't see any unclean spots. Environment: Too noisy, the soundproofing was terrible. The cleaning staff were chattering loudly in the corridor early in the morning, the building next door was under renovation, and there were workers transporting goods downstairs, making it very loud.
