The hotel's service was truly excellent. We stayed for two nights, and every day they'd ask if we wanted our room cleaned. Fei Fei was also very prompt in replying to messages and thoughtfully answered all our questions. Good.

The hotel definitely exceeded expectations! Location is great, directly beside the entrance to the metro and opposite Raffles City Mall, one of the largest malls in Chongqing. Hotel also models many 5-star properties, such as heated toilet seats, super soft bathrobes and room slippers, and similar toiletries as Le Meridien Hotel. And yes, the bathtub is as good as what is being raved about online. Some “downsides” to note: 1) The hotel shares the building with a few other hotels occupying only certain levels. There was no obvious signs outside the building so it might be a little tough to find the hotel initially. Lobby is on the 30th floor so take the lift up to check-in. 2) The room gets a little musky everytime the bathtub is used. Fortunately, there’s a diffuser in the room probably to mitigate the smell. 3) The bathtub takes very long to fill. Probably because the one that I booked is 1.8m long. Overall a very good value-for-money stay!

Shutiao and feifei service has been outstanding and ensuring that the check in and check out process to be smooth. The entire experience has been seamless and easy to community via WeChat. The service render by the whole iseya team has been smooth and gone beyond expectations such as providing late check out and laundry service. The room has been one of the best with large bathtub and nice view. It’s clean and nice. Overall 5 stars service!

Amazing hotel with great location and great staff. The view from our room was spectacular. Our butler Tangyuan was always quick to respond to any questions and requests we had, like helping us prepare the bathtub, order take out and the free laundry service (up to 10 clothing items per day). Definitely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at

The concierge, potato chips, and duoduo (薯条，多多，云书) are very enthusiastic, and someone cleans my room every day, so the experience is very good. In the room, the tub is big and has a slant that is very comfortable for sitting inside, can fit two people together easily. View is amazing and we ended up spending more time relaxing in our hotel room than we thought we would! The service is very nice and responsive, helping with any issues or questions, and checking in on what time is convenient to do housekeeping each day if we are sleeping in. They also helped do laundry service very well and folded our clothes too! The daily cleaning service was great and respectful for our things, leaving them in their original spots but just neatly straightened and cleaned up cables. Bed is very big and comfortable with nice ambiance. The speakers were great for music and connected easily with my phone. The projector was a little harder to use though. We were also a little under the weather, and they sent warm milk over, and helped us order takeout since we didnt have a chinese number for *******.

The hotel environment was great. It offered a great view and with the large tub it really created a relaxing experience after a day out exploring. I was even able to watch the sunrise from the bed. All the staff were friendly and helpful including the butler Zhao Zhao who provided good service. The location was nice. It was great being right across from Raffles City making it easy to grab a bite or drink quickly with a good diversity of stores to shop at.

The room was amazing ! I had the best view !! I loved having a bath and being able to see the whole city . The hotel was also in the perfect location , close to all the main attractions . The service was really good, my personal assistant Coco was really helpful. She helped me receive and find all my packages and luggage, responsive to all my requests like cleaning laundry or help calling delivery / pickup or dry cleaning asks. The room has really good views and the bathtub was so nice to come home to after a long day of sight seeing. The night view of the city in the lights and the river is awesome while bathing! I also got some lovely departure gift. Highly recommend!

Iseya Panoramic Hotel Raffles – Guest Review We stayed in a Loft Suite at the Iseya Panoramic Hotel Raffles, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The combination of space, design, and service made it one of the most memorable stays we have ever had. The Loft The loft was beautifully designed with double-height windows offering breathtaking views of the city and river. The layout felt modern and comfortable, with a cozy bedroom upstairs and a spacious living area below. Every detail was thoughtful, from the lighting to the finishes, and it had a calm, luxurious atmosphere that made it hard to leave. Service What truly set our stay apart was the service. Our butler, Xiami, was outstanding. She was warm, genuine, and attentive, always checking in and remembering the small details that made a big difference. Her professionalism, kindness, and ability to anticipate what we needed made the experience feel completely personalised. Hotel and Amenities The hotel itself is elegant and peaceful, with a modern design that feels both welcoming and refined. Really enjoyed our stay here - 4 adult. The hotel is right next to Chao tian men mrt station very convenient for getting around and exploring. Special thanks for Qiu Qiu from the front desk. She check in daily to see if we need any assistance. The room was cleaned, bottles water are provided daily. Qiu Qiu helped to arrange an airport drop off with a big car that fits 4 people and 5 luggage easily. We check out at 4am with no issues. It took less than 5 minutes, very smooth and efficient. Great view, perfect location and recommend
